What happens if you use the wrong fuse?

There are two situations here.

One is that the rated current of the fuse rating low than the working current of the circuit. In this case, as soon as the device is started, the fuse will fused due to overload and the device cannot work normally.

Another situation is that the fuse rating high than the safety protection current of the device. When the current in the circuit exceeds the safety current, the fuse not fused, which will burn out the device and fail to protect it.

Suggestion:

Only choose the fuse that matches the safety current of the equipment can be used to protect the equipment.
